We specialise in the accounting and taxation of trusts. This is a complex area, and requires a deep understanding of various legislative requirements, resulting in filing of trust tax returns with SARS. We offer trustee advisory assistance, and service as independent trustee, plus we work closely with our associate company, FS Estates, to ensure the trust structure aligns with estate planning opportunities.
Estate taxation

We also specialise in estate taxation, both in year of death, as well as post death. Another complex area to navigate, often tying in, with our FS Estates company, in providing a holistic approach to filing deceased tax returns as part of the late estate management process.

Our associate company, Secforms, provides secretarial support to our clients, ranging from tax and company registration through to company deregistration and beneficial ownership compliance management.
